There were coffee/tea making machines, multi-channel television and a writing desk in the room, appreciated that. All the staff was amazing, tackled my issues. The location of the hotel was great and stunning - within walking distance of a triumphal arch. There was an excellent restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door.

A nice roomy bathroom.- The staff were competent.- The food was good with a lot of options.- The location was best possible, really close to restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and Army Museum.- The service was very efficient, including an easy check-in.

The room was well furnished, clean and comfortable with good-sized en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. There was a good selection of both hot and cold food for the buffet breakfast which was included in the room price.

Part of the room was taken up by the lift-shaft enclosure, This reduced the size of the room and at times the noise of the lift was noticeable.

Efficient staff at the request of my anxious husband. The room is modern with a very comfy bed and lovely views. Nice touch to have coffee/tea making machines, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. Overall, the Xo Hotel Paris is a reasonably priced and chic place with modern amenities and a comfortable room. the staff was efficient and accommodating to my husband's needs, and the room had a very comfy bed with lovely views.
